The parties to this agreement are MateAI and the users, and this agreement has contractual effect. Once you confirm this agreement, it will legally bind you and MateAI. You are not entitled to use the services provided by MateAI unless you have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. Your use and browsing will be considered as full acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this agreement.
